Bathrooms

Thorough clean of all surfaces, including mirrors, countertops, vanities, outside of cabinets and sinks, taps, and fixtures. All scum removed from shower screens, tub and tiles. Scrub of toilets and toilet bowls.

• General bathroom straightening
• Towels neatly hung & folded
• Clean inside & outside toilet; clean the base & the lid
• Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
• Clean shower door, track & glass
• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)

All Rooms

All surfaces, objects and furnitures wiped down, tidied and dusted. All rubbish removed, placed in bins outside and bin liners replaced. All floors in the home thoroughly vacuumed and mopped.

• Entry door windows cleaned
• Light switches & door knobs (dusted)
• Tidy area, fold blankets, arrange pillows
• Upholstered furniture vacuumed
• Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
• Cobwebs removed (low & high)
• Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted)
• Moldings & woodwork (dusted)
• Baseboards (dusted)
• Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
• Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted & tidied)
• Furniture (dusted & polished)
• Cobwebs removed (low & high)
• Countertops & backsplashes (washed)
• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
• Mirrors (Windexed)
• Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
• Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
• Dust & tidy knickknacks, personal items
• Shelves (dusted)

Kitchen

Thorough clean of all surfaces, including counters, stove, sink, splash-back, outside of appliances, cabinets, range hood and inside the microwave.

• Clean & polish hood vent
• Clean stove & hood
• Clean inside and outside of microwave
• Top of refrigerator (dusted)
• Dishes put in washer
• Outside of appliances cleaned

Bedrooms

Bed made and linen changed. All surfaces wiped and dusted. Clothes folded and items on display wiped and tidied. Mirrors and glass surfaces sparkling.

• Pillows & cushions fluffed
• Beds made
• 1 set of sheets changed per bed

Deep Cleaning (Extra)

Includes everything from regular cleaning

All Rooms

• Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
• Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)
• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
• Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
• Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
• Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
• Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
• Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)

Move Out Cleaning (Extra)

Includes everything from regular & deep cleaning

Kitchen

• Inside fridge (hand wiped)
• Inside oven (hand wiped)
• Inside drawers & cabinets (hand wiped)

What is not included?

Due to health, safety and insurance reasons there are certain types of work we cannot do;

• Moving heavy items above 25 pounds
• Outdoor work
• Removal of pet / human bodily fluids
• Infestation removal
• Balconies, decks, backyards, and exterior windows
• Cleaning of areas outside of normal reach or areas above the reach of a 3-foot step ladder.
