Dan, along with his wife, Keri Shull, leads the #1-selling real estate team in Washington, DC, which gets counted in the top 30 nationwide.

Dan Lesniak is also a real estate investor and bought his first home at the age of 23. Since then, he has invested in and developed over 300 homes. He has raised over $15 million from investors for real estate projects and helped over 100 investors earn passive income. He lives in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife Keri, his son Braden, and two Chihuahuas, Zoie and Sophia.

After a Navy and the Defense Department career, he obtained his real estate license in 2011 and began selling properties part-time. In 2015, the team became part of Optime Realty, a brokerage firm co- founded by Dan and his wife Keri. Since then, the team has grown to be one of the nation's top 35 real estate brokerage teams and was ranked #1 in Virginia by The Wall Street Journal's Real Trends.

His hyperlocal strategy worked so quickly that real estate became a full-time career within months. Dan became the top agent in his office at Century 21 during the time during which he made over $22 million. It later became the basis for his 2017 bestseller, The Hyperlocal, HyperFast Real Estate Agent. The following year, Dan co-founded a coaching and training company, HyperFast Agent, which he co-founded with Keri. At HyperFast Bootcamp, he shared the stage with Grant Cardone and Billy Gene. Through HyperFast Agent, Dan and Keri have trained thousands of agents through books, classes, events, and coaching programs.In addition to helping over 1,800 buyers and sellers over the past five years, he is also a developer of several new condominiums and an investor in several real estate projects, start-ups, and private equity offerings.
